The Good Pour brings together retail, hospitality, and philanthropy in one space, offering a curated selection of wine, beer, and spirits while supporting charitable causes. For their Winter Park location the design team at Little built the space with a clear goal: create an environment that feels warm, intentional, and easy to navigate. They needed materials that could handle daily traffic, define different zones within an open layout, and add texture without overcomplicating the design. To achieve that, they sourced all tile from Trinity Surfaces , giving them consistency across the project and full control over the final look.

Little selected a wood-look tile in the color Birch to establish a natural foundation and define the checkout area, bringing warmth and structure while holding up to constant use. To create contrast and define key areas, they paired it with a concrete-look tile in the color Plumb, using it to define different departments within the open-concept store. The deeper tone introduces depth and helps anchor the space while guiding movement through different zones. This combination allows the flooring to shift between light and dark moments, creating subtle transitions without breaking the overall flow. The curved transition between the two textures acts as a wayfinder for the shopper. Clean layouts keep the space approachable, and controlled variation adds texture without distraction.

The result is a space that feels balanced and purposeful. It’s warm without feeling heavy and refined without losing approachability. Tile plays a central role in that outcome, supporting both the visual identity and the day-to-day performance of the store. It defines the brand, holds up in a high-traffic setting, and adapts seamlessly between retail and hospitality functions. This project shows how thoughtful material selection and layout can turn tile into more than just a surface. It becomes part of the architecture and the overall experience.
